Send the part model and the yearly quantity. We reply with a moldability review, the tool cost and the piece price.
What to send
- A 3D model: STEP, IGES or native CAD
- A drawing if you have one, with critical dimensions
- Estimated yearly quantity and lot size
- Resin, or what the part has to survive
- Color, finish and any printing or assembly
- When you need first parts
What happens next
1. Moldability review
Within two working days we send a marked-up review and any questions.
2. Quote
Tool cost, piece price at your quantities, lead times for prototype and production tools.
3. Tool build
Approved tool is designed, cut and sampled; first shots sent for approval.
4. Production
Lots run to the setup sheet and ship packed to your spec.
