How we work
A process you can follow
Every engagement runs the same way, so you know what happens next.
Four stages
1. Design review
We review your model for moldability: draft, wall thickness, gates and undercuts.
2. Tool design and build
The mold is designed, quoted, cut and sampled in our tool room.
3. Sample and approve
First shots are measured and sent for your approval before production.
4. Production
Lots run to the setup sheet with inline checks, packed and shipped on schedule.

Questions
Yes, and that is most of what we do. Designing and cutting the tool in house means changes are fast and the tool is set up by the people who built it.
Production tools make sense from a few thousand parts a year upward. For hundreds of parts, a prototype aluminum tool is usually the right answer and we quote both.
Polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, acetal, TPE and glass-filled grades among others. If your part needs a specific grade, we will source and run it.
