- Commodity and engineering resins
- Automated part removal
- Inline weight and dimension checks

Overmolding and two-shot
Soft grips over rigid parts, seals molded in place, and two materials in one press cycle where the tool is designed for it.
- TPE over rigid
- Two-shot tooling

Molding questions
Yes, and that is most of what we do. Designing and cutting the tool in house means changes are fast and the tool is set up by the people who built it.
Production tools make sense from a few thousand parts a year upward. For hundreds of parts, a prototype aluminum tool is usually the right answer and we quote both.
Polypropylene, ABS, polycarbonate, nylon, acetal, TPE and glass-filled grades among others. If your part needs a specific grade, we will source and run it.
A prototype tool in two to three weeks. A single-cavity production tool in six to eight weeks, longer for multi-cavity or complex actions. Sampling is included.
